MASON & MAIN OPENING LEASING OFFER 

 

Offer valid from 10 May to 25 May 2025 only. To be eligible, applicants must sign a lease for an apartment at Nation Mason & Main during this promotional period. 

  • Applicants who sign a 2-year lease will receive 2 weeks’ free rent. 
  • Applicants who sign a 1-year lease will receive 1 week’s free rent. 
  • Applicants who sign a 6-month lease will receive  

Free rent will be applied as a rent credit after the tenant's first full month of occupancy. Offer is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. 

Nation reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. 

Nation Referral Program

Program overview 

The Nation Referral Program is designed to reward Nation residents for referring friends and family  to rent an apartment at Mason and Main or Charlie Parker. It’s our way of saying thank you for helping us grow the community. For every eligible referral, the tenancy in which the Resident lives will receive one week’s free rent 

Eligibility 

  • This Program is only open to current Residents of the Nation who have signed a Residential Tenancy Agreement and who are still residing at Nation on the date the Offer is due. 
  • The Resident is eligible for the Offer once a Referred Friend signs a Residential Tenancy Agreement and moves into Mason and Main or Charlie Parker for an initial term no less than 26 weeks. 
  • The Referred Friend must not have previously resided at any Nation property, including Charlie Parker or Mason and Main. 
  • The Offer is only available per lease. For the avoidance of doubt, if the Resident refers three Referred Friends who all take a lease on a three-bedroom Apartment, the Offer is one week’s free rent. If the three Referred Friends take individual apartment leases, the Resident will receive up to three weeks rent-free. 

Program Period 

  • The Program will run from 28 October 2024 to 30 June 2025. To be eligible, all referrals must be made, and the Referred Friend must move into Mason & Main or Charlie Parker within the Program Period.   

How it works 

  • To participate in this Program, you must provide Nation with your full name and email address along with the name, email address and phone number of the Referred Friend by completing the Nation Referral Program form. 
  • By submitting the form, you agree you have obtained the consent of the Referred Friend before providing their details under this Program. 
  • The form is available online when you log into your Nation member account. 
  • Upon the Referred Friend signing a Residential Tenancy Agreement and moving into Nation, the Resident will be notified of the rent-free period and their next fortnightly rental instalment will be reduced by one week’s rent. 
  • The Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions and is not transferrable, substitutable or exchangeable, nor redeemable for cash (including any unused proportion). 
  • The Program is subject to apartment availability.
