WHAT IS THE NATION APP?
The Nation app is your key to your home, giving you levels of security from your building entry, to lift access to your apartment level, just like a hotel.
Our seamless app is also your digital portal for messaging our Resident and Lifestyle Services team, booking spaces, accessing important documents and guides. What’s more, you’ll have community news, upcoming events, and even a neighbourhood guide all in the palm of your hand.

ARE PARKING AND STORAGE OPTIONS AVAILABLE?
We have a variety of parking and storage options available. These can be requested during the application process and will be allocated on a first in first serve basis. Pricing and availability differ by size and location, and our leasing team will be able to help with your needs. The cost will be seamlessly included in your rent and conveniently managed via your tenancy agreement.
IF MY NEEDS CHANGE, CAN I MOVE TO A DIFFERENT APARTMENT OR NATION BUILDING?
Absolutely! With the freedom to take long and short-term leases, switch between more or less space, and easily relocate from one building to another, Nation creates a new kind of renting experience with flexibility at its core.
