We analysed the traditional landlord renting model, located the frustrations and pain-points like rigid contracts, uncertainty and difficulty with repairs and maintenance, and we're creating a whole new renting model that sets to give you much more freedom, flexibility, service and access to the kind of lifestyle you want without compromise.

Inside furnished Nation apartments, we've curated a selection of timeless furniture packages created exclusively for us by MCM House that not only match the building's unique character but also maximise the sense of space for living. DIGITAL EXPERIENCE

Technology is built into every Nation building with App-enabled entry to your front door, creating an efficient and safe environment for you and your neighbours.

Our seamless app is also your digital portal for messaging our Resident and Lifestyle Services team, booking spaces, accessing important documents and guides. What’s more, you’ll have community news, upcoming events, and even a neighbourhood guide all in the palm of your hand.

Schedule an in-person or live virtual tour. The process is straightforward – set a date and time, and our leasing team will meet you in whichever way works best for you.

CHOOSE YOUR TERMS

Once you’ve decided on your new Nation home, you can finalise everything online. Select your lease length, review, and sign the agreement digitally, plus arrange for any additional services you might need. Then, you’ll be set to move in.
