NATION CLEANING SERVICE BOOKING TERMS

1. ABOUT THIS SERVICE

Who We Are:

  • Nation (Nation Management Pty Ltd) manages residential properties
  • We facilitate professional cleaning services for our tenants
  • Cleaning services are provided by our trusted vendor: TJT Cleaning Services Pty Ltd (ABN: 86 679 458 667)

Your Booking:

  • By completing a booking, you agree to these Nation Cleaning Service Booking Terms
  • You also agree to TJT Cleaning Services' full Terms & Conditions
  • Both sets of terms apply to your booking

2. PAYMENT & BOOKING

Payment Processing:

  • All payments processed securely via Stripe
  • Payment required in full at time of booking
  • Prices displayed in AUD, include GST
  • You will receive a receipt via email

What You're Paying For:

  • Professional cleaning service by TJT Cleaning Services
  • Any additional services (extras) selected
  • Nation booking facilitation

No Hidden Fees:

  • Total shown at checkout is what you pay
  • Payment processing fees (if any) shown before payment

3. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancel within 24 hours of booking → Full refund via Nation
  • Cancel after 24 hours of booking → Contact TJT Cleaning Services directly
  • TJT Cleaning Services manages all cancellations and refunds after the first 24 hours
  • TJT's standard cancellation policy applies (24 hours’ notice required before service date)

How to Cancel:

Within 24 hours of booking:

  • Refund processed by Nation within 5-10 business days

After 24 hours of booking:

  • Contact: TJT Cleaning Services directly

  • TJT will handle cancellation and any applicable refunds per their terms

Service Provider Cancellations:

  • If TJT Cleaning Services must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, TJT will manage refunds or rebooking directly with you

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Unit Access:

  • You must provide access to your unit at the scheduled time
  • Failure to provide access = automatic cancellation (no refund)
  • If you cannot be present, arrange alternative access

Unit Preparation:

  • Remove personal valuables and secure breakable items
  • Clear access to all areas requiring cleaning
  • Notify us of any special requirements in advance
  • Pets must be secured or confined to a designated area of the property for the duration of the cleaning service. If pets cannot be secured, a responsible adult must be present on the premises at all times during the service.  Please NOTE: TJT Cleaning Services reserves the right to reschedule or decline entry where unsecured animals pose a risk to staff safety.

Unit Configuration Accuracy:

  • Service pricing based on verified unit details in Nation's system
  • You must notify us immediately if your unit configuration has changed
  • Discrepancies discovered by cleaners on-site may result in:
    • Service refusal (with no refund)
    • Additional charges (quoted before work continues)
    • Rescheduling requirement

5. SERVICE DELIVERY

Service Provider:

  • Cleaning performed by TJT Cleaning Services Pty Ltd
  • Service quality and execution is TJT's responsibility

Service Standards:

  • Services delivered according to TJT's standards
  • Refer to TJT Terms & Conditions for full service details
  • Nation does not directly perform cleaning services

Quality Issues:

  • Report quality concerns within 24 hours of service completion
  • Contact: info@nation.com.au or 02 9090 4606
  • We will coordinate with TJT Cleaning Services to resolve

6. LIABILITY & DISPUTES

Nation's Role:

  • We facilitate bookings between tenants and TJT Cleaning Services
  • We process payments on behalf of TJT
  • We are the booking intermediary only.
  • We are not an agent or partner of TJT Cleaning Services
  • We are not liable for any act or omission of TJT Cleaning Services, including any damage to property or loss caused during service delivery, service quality or execution issues
  • We will assist in coordinating dispute resolution

Service Provider Liability:

  • TJT Cleaning Services is responsible for:
    • Quality of cleaning services
    • Conduct of their staff
    • Damage caused during service
    • Service-related complaints
  • Refer to TJT's Terms & Conditions for full liability terms

Your Remedies:

  • Quality issues: Contact Nation to coordinate with TJT
  • Payment disputes: Contact Nation first
  • Damage claims: Coordinate through Nation to TJT

7. VENDOR TERMS INCORPORATED

TJT Cleaning Services Terms:

  • TJT's full Terms & Conditions apply to all services
  • Key provisions include:
    • Service delivery standards
    • Liability limitations
    • Quality guarantee process
    • Complaint procedures

Precedence:

  • For booking and payment matters → Nation terms prevail
  • For service delivery and quality → TJT terms prevail https://tjtclean.com.au/terms-and-conditions
  • For cancellations after 24 hours of booking → TJT terms and processes apply
  • Nation’s payment processing via Stripe supersedes vendor's direct payment methods

8. DATA & PRIVACY

Your Information:

  • We collect: name, email, unit number, payment details
  • Used for: booking processing, service coordination, receipts
  • Shared with: TJT Cleaning Services (for service delivery only)
  • Protected under Australian Privacy Laws

Payment Data:

  • Credit card details processed and stored by Stripe only
  • Transaction records kept for accounting purposes

9. MINIMUM BOOKING

Minimum Charge:

  • All bookings must be at least $50.00 AUD
  • This ensures we can provide quality service

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

Updates:

  • We may update these terms from time to time
  • Current version always available at: nation.com.au/booking-terms
  • Existing bookings honored under original terms
